THE BUCKY CLAUSE is the general assumption is that no one in comic books stays dead, except for Bucky Barnes, Jason Todd, and Uncle Ben; named after Marvel Comics Universe character Bucky Barnes because of his notable and seemingly permanent death in The Avengers #56 (Sept. 1968).
However, all three were brought back to life in their respective universes in 2005 and 2006, although Uncle Ben turned out to be an alternate Ben from another reality.
